Job summary

Medpace, a Cincinnati-based full-service clinical contract research organization, seeks an on-site corporate attorney to support Corporate Affairs. The role covers domestic and international transactions, governance, privacy compliance, and employment matters, with opportunities to advise across the enterprise.

The attorney will draft and negotiate agreements, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with outside counsel while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Ohio or eligibility to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate domestic and foreign agreements, including commercial, vendor, and SaaS/technology licenses.
• Manage third-party contracting processes and workflows.
