You will partner with Core, gTech, and Business Functions to deliver cohesive, trusted experiences for users and developers.

The role emphasizes transforming how Google operates, guiding safe and impactful AI transformations and cross-product infrastructure while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in the state of the position location.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic portfolio of products within Core, gTech or key Business Functions with Google wide impact.
• Identify and solve complex issues in areas such as generative AI, agentic development, privacy, IP, open source, competition, content moderation/safety, accessibility, and consumer protection.
• Provide risk-calibrated guidance to enable compliance with existing and new laws.
• Collaborate with other legal teams, business teams, and cross-functional partners.
