Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel (Employment & Commercial) in Pennsylvania to provide contract negotiation, employment law guidance, and litigation support for mergers and acquisitions. The role collaborates with HR, IT, marketing, and procurement to advise on complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.

• Bachelor's degree and JD required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 4–8 years of commercial and employment law experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise transactional documents (including NDAs).
• Assist on due diligence with a focus on M&A and private equity.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and IT-related contracts.
• Provide employment and litigation counsel and support corporate functions.
