Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an experienced corporate attorney in Atlanta to review customer and vendor contracts and facilitate its contract-review process. You will work with senior management and the Chief Legal Officer on M&A and other transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements across procurement, sales, and leases.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate law, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law; drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (procurement, customer/sales, statements of work, leases, NDAs, MSAs).
• In-house experience with contract analytics software and data privacy/cybersecurity a plus.
• Ability to advise, lead, and collaborate with stakeholders, attorneys, vendors, and customers to execute agreements.

• Draft, negotiate, review, and analyze complex commercial agreements to protect Unifi’s interests and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on improvements to contract review processes, templates, and related policies.
• Serve as the primary legal escalation point for internal contract negotiations and disputes.
