We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts - based in Nashville, TN, Fremont, CA or remote, to serve as a strategic legal partner to our business leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented counsel on complex commercial transactions, draft and negotiate key agreements, and help drive sound risk management across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep commercial contracts experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate as a hands-on legal generalist in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons. For candidates located in California, the annual salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. Compensation ranges for other locations, including Tennessee, may differ based on the applicable market.
