Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial contracts, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maritime industry experience is preferred but not required.

  • Conduct compliance training sessions for employees across different departments.
  • Provide legal guidance on industry-specific issues, including maritime regulations (preferred but not required).
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents and ensure timely updates to contract templates and policies.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting the company’s operations.

Position Summary
