Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our advisory team in the NY, Boston, or NV office. You will work closely with the General Counsel, handling regulatory and governance matters while drafting client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements.

You will also support litigation coordination with outside counsel and contribute to risk management initiatives. Experience with AI compliance is a must; a strong background in corporate law and experience across

Qualifications

• > Requires JD and bar admission; experience in regulatory and governance matters.
• > Experience with drafting and negotiating corporate agreements (client engagements, vendor agreements).
• > Exposure to litigation support and coordinating with outside counsel; familiarity with restructuring or fiduciary matters preferred.
• > Experience with AI-related regulatory/compliance considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory, risk, and corporate governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements.
• Support GC in managing disputes and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Assist with restructuring, insolvency, fiduciary, or court‑mandated matters as needed.
