Job summary

Expel is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team in Herndon, VA (Remote within the United States). The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Procurement, Product, Finance, Security, and leadership to advise on commercial transactions, vendor relationships, and data privacy matters.

Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating deals, maintaining templates, supporting procurement, and advising on product development.

Qualifications

• JD degree and state bar admission required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in-house at a technology company preferred.
