LearnLux Financial Wellbeing seeks its first in-house Corporate Counsel to lead commercial contracting and risk management. This remote US-based role focuses on drafting and negotiating MSAs, SaaS agreements, and NDAs, while advising the business on legal risk and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with active U.S. bar membership and 8–12 years of experience in SaaS or tech contracting, including data privacy considerations (GDPR/CCPA) and fintech exposure. Report to the COO.
