Qualifications

• 7 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Expertise in trusts, bookkeeping, AP, reconciliations, and general accounting oversight.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Experience in legal, banking, or professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable engaging with Attorneys and C-Suite.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
• Tech-savvy with financial software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial integrity across operations with accurate records.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to guide firm decisions.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team and collaborate with leadership.
