Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or controller-level role.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and accounting operations.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Workday > Oracle Fusion, Zuora, and Adaptive preferred).
• Healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes ensuring timeliness and US GAAP compliance.
• Manage booking of monthly revenue, expenses, accruals, and journal entries.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliation with supporting docs and variance analysis.
• Supervise accounting team members and partner with FP&A and Operations.
