Job summary

HHAeXchange, a leading homecare technology platform, is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, GAAP close, and financial reporting for a fast-growing SaaS company.

You will build a high-performing team, drive process improvements, manage external audits, and partner with FP&A and treasury to support growth. CPA required with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or PE-backed settings.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 5+ years leading accounting teams and overseeing month-end closes.
• Experience in publicly traded, private equity-backed, or similarly rigorous environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, consolidations, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.
• Own governance over accounting policies, internal controls, and external audits.
• Lead treasury, tax, and capital management activities.
• Drive process improvement and automation across accounting operations.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, and cross-functional teams to support growth and strategic initiatives.
