Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Tulare County is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close. You will partner with executive leadership to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and provide insights that support growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, progressive leadership experience, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Partner with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
