Controller

To help steer this evolution, they’re looking for a Controller to lead all accounting operations, optimize NetSuite functionality, and support a high-performance finance organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll shape the integrity and scalability of core financial processes, balancing day-to-day stewardship with big-picture transformation. Whether it’s refining post-acquisition workflows, improving reporting visibility, or driving automation across departments, you’ll be at the center of a business that blends high-caliber talent with high-velocity growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and audit readiness across the board
• Lead ongoing improvements to NetSuite, driving automation and workflow optimization
• Guide integration and standardization efforts post-merger, bringing clarity to complexity
• Support tax, treasury, and compliance functions with rigor and strategic foresight
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial insights to support decision-making across leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to align systems, processes, and reporting standards

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of progressive accounting leadership, including Controller role
• CPA preferred, with a strong foundation in US GAAP and ASC 606
• Experience leading ERP optimization or implementation projects (NetSuite required)
• Comfort navigating complexity, including M&A integrations and cross-functional initiatives
• Analytical sharpness and communication skills that inspire clarity and confidence
• A collaborative, systems-oriented mindset grounded in operational excellence
