Position Overview

In this essential role, you will team up with colleagues to manage financial controls, liquidity oversight, and day‑to‑day operations for flagship funds and co‑investment opportunities. Collaboration will span investment groups, tax professionals, administrative support, client services, and legal counsel. The position calls for flexibility in handling a range of tasks to bolster the organization’s development and operational maturity.

Core Duties
  • Supervise and direct asset liquidity levels, covering funding draws, facility reductions, and alignment on commitment pulls or return notifications with processors.
  • Guide and motivate staff in the fund accounting unit to achieve peak performance.
  • Inspect and clear net asset value submissions from third‑party processors.
  • Uphold standards for regional and overseas regulatory authorities, derivatives protocols, and lending covenants.
  • Contribute to interim tax projections and submissions alongside in‑house tax experts and outside counsel.
  • Assess and greenlight periodic consolidated filings, encompassing narrative supplements and backup materials from outsourcing partners.
  • Engage in international tech upgrades and robotic process automation to formalize and expand core functions.
  • Collect, evaluate, and assemble portfolio fiscal indicators and key metrics for standard executive briefings and impromptu analyses, including stakeholder updates.
  • Confirm and execute detailed compensation models and incentive tiering alongside external collaborators.
  • Assist stakeholder outreach initiatives via routine and tailored outputs, handling verification forms, fundraising support, and persistent follow‑ups.
  • Orchestrate and manage annual independent examinations with a premier audit entity.
  • Approve outgoing transfers via the liquidity oversight interface.
  • Examine and validate allocation summaries for partners created by external teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 7–10 years in private equity fund accounting, demonstrating consistent high achievement.
  • Prior involvement with credit‑focused funds is advantageous.
  • Background encompassing public accounting, in‑house fund operations, fund servicing providers, or a combination thereof.
  • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent, paired with a professional credential like CPA or ACCA.
  • Robust capabilities in quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and data interpretation.
  • Proven capacity to juggle priorities, adapt swiftly, and deliver under pressure in a dynamic, international setting.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
