Experity, Inc. is hiring to lead its accounting operations across the finance function, ensuring timely GAAP-compliant reporting for the company that supports on‑demand healthcare across the U.S. This role directs general ledger, close processes, and controls while partnering with billing, invoicing, and financial reporting teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting leadership experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and hands-on leadership of Netsuite ERP or similar systems.

Position Type: Full-time Compensation: $150,00-$200,000, based on experience Location: Remote: Team members who live within the U.S. but are not local within a commutable distance from one of our offices may work remotely, with occasional travel to an Experity office for meetings, team collaboration or as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including experience leading accounting teams within a private equity environment preferred. Experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or other complex, multi-entity environments preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Demonstrated success improving accounting operations, implementing standardized processes, and strengthening financial controls. Experience leading Netsuite ERP or accounting system improvements preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. Ability to balance strategic priorities with a willingness to be hands‑on when needed. Ownership of PCAOB audit process and completion.
