Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate and timely US GAAP monthly reporting for multiple international entities

• Ensure precise revenue recognition and compliance with JLL accounting policies

• Collaborate with shared service centers, outsourced providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity

• Lead financial statement preparation, working closely with external auditors and local finance teams

• Spearhead tax compliance efforts, including VAT, CIT, and WHT filings

• Optimize cash flow management to ensure robust liquidity

• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations

• Contribute strategic insights to global finance projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or audit experience in an international setting

• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting

• Expert-level Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities

• Proven track record in process optimization and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Fluency in English; additional EMEA language proficiency is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
