Corporate Controller

We are seeking a Corporate Controller for a regional bank in the Green Bay Area. This role is part of succession planning and will serve as the right hand to the President.

Job Duties:

• Assist the President with financial activities and annual budget preparation.
• Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries.
• Review and audit third-party vendors and maintain contract information.
• Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in coordination with leadership.
• Participate in formulating company policies and developing long-term goals.
• Audit internal account reconciliations annually.
• Monitor portfolios for unusual transactions affecting securities.
• Implement consistent accounting policies and procedures, adhering to legal standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in Financial Services/Banking or Public Accounting is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
