Qualifications

• Draft, review, revise, and organize business contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Support business law matters, including entity formation, corporate records, and legal documentation.
• Assist with estate planning document preparation and organization.
• Maintain accurate client files, deadlines, legal records, and document management systems.
• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in business law, contracts, estate planning, real estate law, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of contract terminology, business agreements, and formatting standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, format, and organize business contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and related legal materials.
• Assist with business law matters, including entity formation, corporate records, contract documentation, and client file organization.
• Support estate planning matters by preparing, reviewing, and organizing assigned legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and assist attorneys with contract and client matter preparation.
• Coordinate document revisions, signatures, execution, deadlines, and legal records to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and other parties while maintaining confidentiality and strong client service.
