Job summary

Performance Contracting Group (PCG) is seeking an energetic Contract Analyst to support contract management coordination and administration. Responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting amendments to construction contracts, ensuring risk is minimized and compliance is maintained.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of contract experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Location is KC Metro; competitive pay with a bonus program and ESOP availability.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience reviewing and revising contracts, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in contracts management, public administration, business administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and other project-related documentation to identify and minimize company risk or liability.
  • Identify, analyze and summarize contract issues to ensure compliance with policy, laws and regulations.
  • Generate amendments to modify contract terms and conditions.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to negotiate contract terms.
  • Track and report status of contract negotiations.
  • Train internal employees on contract administration policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Performance Contracting Group (PCG)

is seeking an energetic and dependable Contract Analyst to support the coordination and administration of the contract management process.

Responsibilities
  • Review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and other project-related documentation in order to identify and minimize company risk or liability.

Salary range: $69,000 - $92,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for the non-guaranteed annualized bonus program

Basic Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience reviewing and revising contracts, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in contracts management, public administration, business administration or a related field.
