  • Interview Coordination: Prepare executives for press opportunities and facilitate seamless interviews between journalists and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Bylines & Pitching: Lead the identification of press-worthy topics; partner with the PR firm to craft ideas, oversee article drafting, and drive SME review/approval processes.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively identify potential PR risks and help maintain quick-turn response protocols for sensitive inquiries.
Conference Thought Leadership & Awards
  • Speaking Proposals & Submissions: Develop and draft compelling thought leadership and panel abstracts for high-profile industry conferences that align with core strategic business themes.
  • Presentation Development: Collaborate directly with executives to build and refine PowerPoint presentations, talking points, and briefing materials once speaking engagements are secured.
  • Panel Facilitation: Coordinate logistics and prep executives to ensure seamless participation on industry panels.
  • Industry Awards Calendar: Manage the global awards calendar in partnership with the PR agency, drafting and submitting competitive nominations to secure industry recognition.
