Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting/Business.
• 2–3 years experience in accounting/payables/Credit Card programs.
• 1 year Corporate Card, Purchasing Card and Accounts Payable experience preferred; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Credit Card Program, including setup and reconciliation.
• Interact with card holders and management to resolve issues and educate users.
• Audit card transactions for compliance and risk using Oversight software.
• Develop and maintain monthly and ad hoc reporting and cost center data.
• Maintain WellsOne expense reporting system data and card policies.
