Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an Accountant II to oversee the Corporate Credit Card Program and related reporting across the enterprise. You will handle card program activities, educate users, and ensure policy compliance.

Requires a college degree in Accounting/Business with 2–3 years of experience; SAP experience is preferred. This role engages with multiple departments and locations to safeguard assets and support risk, controls, and auditing functions.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting/Business and 2-3 years experience.
• 1 year Corporate Card, Purchasing Card and Accounts Payable experience.
• SAP experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Credit Card Program – duties to include: setup, reconciliation and education of users.
• Interact with card holders and management to resolve issues and educate employees when necessary.
• Develop and maintain monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Maintenance of WellsOne cost centers and GL accounts.
• Audit card transactions for policy compliance using Oversight software including fraud/risk analytics.
