Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an Accountant II to oversee the Corporate Credit Card Program and provide reporting and analytical support for risk, controls, fraud prevention, and auditing. You will work with departments across the enterprise to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with card policies.

The role requires a accounting/business degree with 2–3 years of experience, and SAP experience is preferred. This position reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting/Business and 2-3 years experience.
• 1 year Corporate Card, Purchasing Card and Accounts Payable experience.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate Credit Card Program — duties to include: Interact with card holders and management to resolve issues and educate employees; Card Program setup for new divisions; Ensure all accounts are reconciled and current; Day to day management of card holder questions; Corporate Card application processing and training of new users; Audit of card transactions for policy compliance including fraud and risk analytics; Analyze account coding and make revisions; Develop and maintain monthly and ad hoc reporting; Maintain WellsOne expense reporting data (cost centers, GL accounts); Maintain policies and procedures for the Card Program; Assist the Manager with confidential resolutions.
