Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a dynamic Food Service Director to lead a corporate café within a major dining account in Washington. You will oversee all foodservice operations, drive financial performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in foodservice, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and ServSafe certification. You’ll mentor staff, manage budgets, uphold HACCP and OSHA standards, and collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in food service, nutrition, hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in foodservice or hospitality management.
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit and ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven success in budget management and client relations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and foodservice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Lead and manage all café staff including chefs, cooks, and front-of-house team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies (HACCP, OSHA).
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to support growth and operational excellence.
• Handle scheduling, workflow, and service delivery to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments.
• Utilize company systems (Webtrition, Compass OMS) for planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy.
