Citi in Ireland is hiring a Corporate Banking Associate to provide relationship management and corporate finance advice to clients. You will work with senior bankers to structure and execute financing solutions and help cross-sell Citi’s broad product platform.

You will collaborate with teams across Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Treasury to deliver valuation, financing strategies, and risk management while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate finance skills and understanding of capital structure.
• Financial modelling, analysis and credit skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• MBA or Master’s in Business preferred.
• Experience in corporate bank, investment banking or capital markets preferred.
• 2–6 years of relevant Corporate Banking experience.

Responsabilités

• Support senior bankers to originate opportunities with existing clients across corporate, FI and public sector.
• Assist cross-selling of Citi products by identifying client needs to generate revenue.
• Produce high quality client-facing analyses on corporate finance and financing strategy.
• Evaluate public filings, research and financial forecasts to support strategic analyses.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
• Assist with day-to-day cash management, FX, debt capital markets and related activities.
