Job summary

Citi is seeking a Corporate Banking Senior Analyst in New York to support clients in raising funds in capital markets and to provide strategic advisory for mergers and acquisitions. This role collaborates with the Institutional Banking team and acts as an intermediary in client trading activities.

You will analyze financial performance, develop recommendations, and help shape client strategy while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills.
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 within 150 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Participate in global Capital Management projects and support banking initiatives.
• Collaborate with Banking partners to execute transactions and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Prepare reports on capital and returns metrics for regional management.
• Analyze financial data and prepare written recommendations and exhibits.
• Conduct economic/financial research and assess risk in business decisions.
