Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year

We work closely with business owners, executives, and investors to help them achieve their goals while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with state and federal law.
Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia and have at least 5 -10 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Tax experience is a plus. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills and be accustomed to managing deals independently.
