You will draft and negotiate NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts, while guiding due diligence efforts and corporate documentation. A competitive base salary with a six-figure bonus potential is offered in a collaborative mid-size firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements and vendor contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with corporate document matters.
• Advise clients on compliance with Federal and State corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
