The role involves reviewing contracts, providing legal guidance, helping with policies and compliance, and researching legal questions as needed. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with documents and computers
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation
• Research legal questions when needed
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters
• Maintain organized legal records and documents
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues
