Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters in Tampa, Florida. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply and will review contracts, provide guidance, help with policies and compliance, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Law degree with license to practice in applicable jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with documents and basic computer literacy.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from varied practice areas.
