Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. The role welcomes both experienced and newer attorneys looking to build corporate legal experience and invites applicants from different legal practice areas.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, assist with policies and compliance, and research questions as needed. Strong organization and written communication are essential, with a salary range of $105,000–$195,000 per
