Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply.

Salary range is $105,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Health insurance, PTO, holidays, retirement options, and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
