Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. You will review contracts, provide general guidance, help with policies and compliance, research questions, coordinate with management and other departments, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
