Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 per year

We are seeking a talented Corporate & Business Attorney to join our growing Corporate & Business Law practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, executives, and privately held companies on a wide variety of sophisticated transactional and advisory matters.
The ideal candidate enjoys serving as a trusted legal advisor, has strong drafting and negotiation skills, and is comfortable managing multiple matters independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
