Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their offices in Stamford, New Haven, New York, or Boston. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of law firm experience, with a focus on drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents.

Responsibilities include engaging in venture capital and M&A transactions, advising on securities law compliance, and assisting with corporate governance matters. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and relevant bar admission are required.
