Premier Pursuit is working with a national firm to hire a corporate associate into its Denver office. The practice covers M&A and private equity alongside public company and capital markets work (the kind of mixed corporate seat that’s genuinely hard to find outside the coasts).

What the work looks like

• Buy-side and sell-side M&A for strategics and sponsors, from LOI through closing
• Private equity: platform deals, add-ons, and the equity arrangements that come with them
• Public company work - securities reporting, governance, and capital markets transactions
• Joint ventures, minority investments, and general corporate counseling for repeat clients
