  • Advise clients on corporate governance, entity structure, and compliance matters
  • Assist with entity formation, restructuring, and ongoing maintenance
  • Provide day‑to‑day counseling to clients across various stages of growth
  • Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on transaction strategy and execution
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members as needed
  • Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment

We are seeking a corporate associate to join a growing transactional practice with a steady pipeline of complex work. This role is focused on handling a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general business counseling. You will work closely with senior attorneys while also taking ownership of core components of deals and client relationships. Responsibilities
