We seek an attorney with 4–7 years in M&A, who can represent buyside and sellside matters, with strong academics and bar admission in the state of residence or eligibility to waive.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Experience representing clients on both buyside and sellside matters
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in the state in which you reside, or eligibility to waive into the bar in the short-term

Compensation

The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Columbus/Pittsburgh: $185,000-$210,000

Denver/Nashville/Washington, D.C.: $210,000-$235,000

Associates are also eligible for:

Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level

Annual subjective bonus
