Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Experience representing clients on both buyside and sellside matters.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission in the state in which you reside, or eligibility to waive into the bar in the short-term.
