I'm recruiting a mid level associate for the Tysons office of a large international law firm. Their Corporate M&A and Securities team wants someone at 4 to 5 years who can take the purchase agreement off a partner's desk and run it.

The deals

• M&A and private equity, with a middle market focus.
• Sponsors and their portfolio companies across the whole investment lifecycle: platform acquisitions, add ons, governance, exits.
• The full document set. You draft it and you negotiate it.
• Client relationships you manage yourself, internal and external.

The setup

• Tysons, in the middle of the Northern Virginia business corridor.
• In the office at least three days a week. The firm believes the work is better in person. The other two days are yours.
• A large international platform behind you, with real room to grow and advance.

The pay

• $310,000 to $365,000 in Virginia. Your experience and qualifications decide where you land.
