Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a nationally recognized AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing business practice in either Columbus or Cincinnati.

This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated middle market and large-cap transactions, direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to work across a broad range of corporate matters with attorneys in multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Strong experience supporting and managing M&A transactions, including due diligence, ancillary transaction documents, and diligence reporting.
• Ability to manage transaction workflows and operate with increasing independence.
• Experience with broader corporate matters, including commercial agreements, joint ventures, or capital markets work.
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Ohio
