This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of corporate and transactional experience who wants to work on sophisticated M&A matters while also developing a broader business counseling practice.

This role is not limited to traditional M&A work. The attorney will have the opportunity to advise businesses on transactions, contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day corporate matters while working closely with experienced attorneys and clients.
