Job summary

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join our Corporate Department. The successful candidate will take a lead role in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and related transactions, in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

• 3–5 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions.
• Demonstrated success leading deals through closing, including drafting primary transaction agreements and negotiating with opposing counsel.
• Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join our Corporate Department. For a client-service oriented individual seeking to take a lead role in sophisticated corporate transactions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a growing practice in a collaborative, collegial, and inclusive environment.

Candidates with the below experience and credentials are encouraged to apply:

• 3-5 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions;
• Demonstrated success leading deals through closing, including drafting primary transaction agreements and negotiating with opposing counsel;
• Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus;
• A law degree and active bar admission are required.
