Job description

Our reputable firm client is seeking a qualified Associate to join its litigation practice in New Haven. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 6 years of law firm experience with ECVC and/or M&A matters; experience with corporate governance matters and securities law compliance is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
