Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is seeking an Associate to join its litigation practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of law firm experience with Venture Capital and/or M&A matters, and familiarity with corporate governance and securities law compliance.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $260,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location, and requires US work authorization; DC admission is preferred.

Our reputable firm client is seeking a qualified Associate to join its litigation practice in Washington D.C.. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 6 years of law firm experience with ECVC and/or M&A matters; experience with corporate governance matters and securities law compliance is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
