Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, entity structuring, capitalization, and general business operations
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on high-profile matters, including deals in the entertainment and real estate sectors
• Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to excellence, practical solutions, and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Demonstrated initiative, strong client service mindset, and solid business judgment
• Open-minded on academic background—talent, drive, and business development potential are highly valued
• Admission to the California Bar required
• $200,000–$275,000 base salary (DOE) + merit-based annual bonus
• 1700 minimum billable hours
