TransChicago Truck Group is seeking a Corporate Administrator to support the Corporate Team in a newly created role. You will help ensure priorities, communications, and meetings run smoothly across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of admin experience, be highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role, supporting senior leaders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project support for the Corporate Team, ensuring proactive follow-through and clear communication.
• Draft and format presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and cross-functional meetings.
• Prepare and submit expense reports for leadership team members.
• Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including booking transportation and accommodations.
• Plan and set up in-person and virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), including agendas and notes.
