You will assist with identifying events, notifying stakeholders, processing client elections, performing entitlements calculations, and reconciling positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and securities.
• Familiarity with corporate actions lifecycle; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate corporate action events for client accounts.
• Distribute notifications to internal teams and clients.
• Support daily reconciliation of positions and entitlements.
• Collect client elections for voluntary actions.
• Calculate entitlements for cash and stock.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare reports on events and status for senior staff.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies.
