Job summary

Medacta USA is seeking a Corporate Accounts Analyst to support price file submissions, analytics, and contract development for its corporate accounts. The role reports to the VP of Corporate Development and collaborates with the commercial team to ensure accurate pricing and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of contract or pricing analysis experience, preferably in medical devices. Strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Accounts Analyst is responsible for both customer contracts management, contracts/pricing analytics, and reporting for Medacta USA. This position reports to the VP of Corporate Development and works closely with the commercial team. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in contract or pricing analysis. Medical device experience preferred but not required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail & demonstrated hands on work ethic.
  • Outstanding organizational ability.
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Analytical mind with business acumen.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
  • The ability to be a self-starter that proactively implements solutions.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Sitting: Extended periods at a desk or workstation.
    • Standing and Walking: Occasional movement within the office.
    • Lifting and Carrying: Light to moderate lifting of office materials.

Additional tasks may require reaching, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.

INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS

Internal : Direct sales personnel, Marketing, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Professional Education, Human Resources, and Medacta International Personnel.

Travel requirements: Minimal but could include travel for industry conferences, training courses, and company meetings.

Extent of Confidential Information: Highly confidential information regarding product development and marketing efforts.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
  • Working with the internal team and key members of the Commercial team on price file submission, construct analysis, impact reporting, 3 rd party contract development, and analytical report development.
  • Identify trends in price shifts and ASP fluctuations.
  • Market Research Data: Regional/National Business Environment, Industry Trends, Pricing Analytics, Competitive Sales & Marketing Activities/Strategies.
  • Work closely with customer service and legal staff to ensure that all contracts meet internal management and legal requirements.
  • Understand, train, maintain, and follow HCC policies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that new product introductions are aligned with the Medacta USA price catalog and associated contracts.
  • Build strong relationships and Interact effectively with internal team and customers with a sense of urgency
OCCASIONAL DUTIES

Reporting and updates to management, Domestic and International Company Meetings, and other duties may be assigned at Medacta USA’s discretion.
